His Worship the Mayor, Mr Christian Santos GMD has been working with Vanessa Bautista of Gibraltar Cardiac Association on a couple of projects, including their Run the Miles event at Casemates Square.
The morning began with His Worship starting off Donovan Galia on a 24 hour cycle marathon which he had organised to raise funds for the Association, eventually cycling for 24 hours and covering almost 300km.
Members of the public joined in a walk or run in order to raise awareness of cardiac health.
His Worship run 5 miles with friends to support the Association.
